Not a stupid question. The only ones you have to pay monthly are Phantasy Star Universe and Final Fantasy XI, to the best of my knowledge.

Yep, the Playstation Online is free but if you have a fat PS2 you have too buy a network adapter for around 25.00

Good. I just want to use it to play Ratchet & Clank: UYA. (the only good game I own that can be played online)

Oh, and I don't need a network adapter. Two years ago, my old PS2 died (while I was playing Ratchet & Clank: UYA! Go figure) and I replaced it with a slim model. Later, I found out it came with a network adapter.

Also Everquest: online Adventures, but yes it's free with the acception to those games.

If your lucky they will have one used at Gamestop or EBgames, but I haven't seen any around my place. Check ebay

Crap, I was gonna ask about this, now that someone posts it. Now will it work with Dial-Up internet?? I heard it doesn't, I use to have Dial-Up internet so I don't really know why I am asking this.

yea it does you just have to pop in that online disc and just view the videos and also it has what you need to do if you have dial up

Yeah, have you tried finding a network adapter lately?  It's not quite as easy as it sounds.

Alright I am glad I asked this question, because a friend of mine has Dial-Up, cool, I have DSL at my house now.
