I 100%'d it a while back. The story was a bit short, but it was still an excellent game.

It does not deserve a 9. The control isn't as refined and smooth as GTA's and it does crash once in a blue moon.

I finished bully pretty quickly, its rather short, but one of the funniest games Rockstar has released. Getting 100% completion is tiring, but the rubber band ball is an awesome weapon. I'd give it an 8, from the short lifespan.
