Killing Seymour in FFX

Im on to the seymour boss in the ronso mountains, he keeps using lance of atrohpy and then his little buddy uses full life on my zombie characters.....:evil:

any tips on what equipment to use, items to get to be zombie proof?

i use tidus, rikku and auron for the battle........

that battle took me a lot of time...

try charging ALL overdrives before going to battles, including all the aeons overdrives. Then save the game and fight, use all the overdrives from all the characters and aeons, one after the other, if a character is in zombie status, throw in a holy water (if you have any) or just change him for another character.

if by doing all that you still dont beat seymour, then YOU HAVE TO LEVEL UP, period. (try leveling up all characters, not just 3 of them on ronso mountais)

here's a little tip that i didn't know going in

- he can be silenced!

Just attack him until the camera angle changes to behind him, and then hit him with all your summon overdrives

Just to reiterate,

Go in, keep casting silence buster on him and just quick hit quick hit quick hit untl the camera angle changes to behind him

once it changes y ou can use your summons without losing 10 turns

charge all your aeons overdrives

then charge all your charecters overdrives

before you get into battle make sure you have yuna and tidus in your party

when the battle starts use hastega and use all your aeons overdrives on him

make sure thats the first thing you do with the aeon or else he will banish them

after you do that then you should be good

just keep using cure on everyone

and you will beat him

he cant full life you after zombie if hes SILENCED

depends on if his character that has those attacks is good. I say go wuith the zombie proof.

You people are making too much of this

Dark and Silence renders him completely useless,

Casting Dark and Silence is a hell of a lot less hassle than buying zombieproof armor and crap.
