Ive heard so many good things about this controller and am curious to see how it works. The problem i have is that my PS2 pretty much sits at ground level. Does the PS2 have to sit higher for the wireless receiver? Or does the wireless technology work no matter where you sit your PS2? Any advice would be appreciated before i drop $40 on this controller.

i was thinking about getting one because the one ps2 we have is in the ceiling since we have a television over top of our bed and having the cords from the controller and headset gets annoying, so ive been looking into them and ive heard nothing but good things about them as well.

The problem is i dont know if the buttons will be right for playing Socom, i have one of those Glow controllers too and i cant stand using it for Socom since the buttons arent pressure sensitive or anything.

It's awesome, better than the DualShock 2. The wireless works anywhere thats 30 feet in range so dont worry about that. Definitely the best PS2 controller out, and its pretty durable too, I dropped it a couple of times and it still works like I bought it. The battery life is pretty strong, I got it last Christmas and am still using the same pair of batteries that came with it.

Once you use a LogiTech, you'll wonder why anyone uses anything else. Best. Controller. Ever.

as long as the controller is located inside the range, no matter the position where the console is located, or if it´s on the floor or the ceiling or whatever

I agree, this controller rocks. The wireless is flawless and it feels better then the dual shock imo. 8)
