Do you mean without playing it? 1st one was a Terminator game i got 2 christmas's ago. I didnt open it for 3 months. And right now its super mario galaxy. ive yet to play it after have it for like 2 weeks.
i dont actually have a ps2 but some games that are gather dust on m shelf are: oblivon, graw, the orange box, ultimate quake,cnc the first decade, battlefield vietnam, the sims, and KOTOR. games that do not take up shelf space but are not being played by me are: counter strike, half life and its many espansions, geometry wars, doom, hexic hd, and ageis wing. only games ive been playing the last month or so are halo 3, bioshock, and mass effect, though im getting bored of bioshock and it will probably retire to the shelf soon.
Final Fantasy 7 comes to mind. I played it the first day it was released, but didn't get into it. Had it shelfed for about 10 months, then forced myself to finish it when I got bored.
The games I've left on the shelf would be Kingdom Hearts 2, Crash Bash, and DBZ: Budokai 2. When I started playing them again, it was as though I never played em before.
Well, there's a few games but here's some that I can remember being on my shelf for years. Evil Dead: A Fistfull of Boomstick, MDK 2 Armageddon, The Scorpion King, Spiderman, and that's about all I can remember.
I picked up Half-Life dirt cheap months ago but never got around to playing it. Is it true the controls are terrible on the PS2 version, or is it worth playing?
correction, if i look at my entire collection, Madden Football 92 has sat on my shelf the longest. I bought it to complete my collection (at the time), but the game is much worse than 93, 94, or 95, so its really unplayable. The only good part is the ambulance runs over people when you get injured.
