probabily the best split screen offline multiplayer game on the ps2. it has a cool original feature that lets you customize the AI of the bots that you can play with. also it has loads of maps and original weapons that will kepp you and your friends interested for some time. its just a great game and the solo campaign is also fairly amusing pretty short but still challenging.
Starwars Battlefront, is the best splitscreen game that I have played since the days of the N64. If you've got a friend that you like to beat this game is incredibly satisfying.

Lots of gameplay modes to play multiplayer, has co-op, lots of characters to pick from...cool guns, and for some reason it seems to never get old...as in "you'll have fun for a long time".
