On Metal Gear Solid 3, Complete The Game With Out Any Alerts (cortions dont cont) you will get a rank called camedeun and you will unlock the stealth gear...The Stealth Gear Will Allways Give You 100% camoflarge.

thats an alternative method to get the camo. I prefer the first one as finding all the frogs is time consuming
