Isn't it just called the Metal Gear Solid Theme? I like the MGS2 theme the best (though MGS3 made me hyped up when I heard it near the omg, that was amazing).
Man I downloaded that song from ARES (file sharing program) if you have ARES type metal gear solid opera intro of the search audio menu.That song is 5.45 minutes.I hope you will find.

I like all the themes to MGS, MGS3 theme is kinda weird the first time you hear it, but after playing the game it's perfect. MGS2 theme rocks. MGS1 theme is my personal favorite though, It has the nice azn feel.
