MGS3 glitch, help!!!

Ok, so I just got done beating the Fear, and now I have to friggin bows stuck in my shoulder and thigh, but when I go to cure to take them out, it doesnt register 'em. So, I'm running around with 2 bows in my body, cant take them out, and my stamina keeps running out. Is there anyway to fix this?

By the way, I have another game on "very easy" (trying to beat it before MGS4 comes out) and I'm on the Fear fight on that one too, but I dont have a heat-radar thing or whatever it's called to be able to find the guy to shoot him. How do I get heat-radar or whatever it is?

This game is driving me crazy, lol.

this happened to me, you cant get them out, but they dont decrease stamina, its a visual glitch, try eating food.

Heal snake then save your game and quit . After that reload your game and it'll be fine.

1st of all, I didn't do it in a bad sense...
