Logan and Sam are not Solid Snake rip offs. Logan is more of your generic action hero, he almost does ZERO stealth in his games. Fisher, is the most "realistic" of the three. He's a special agent of sorts but his main mission is to infiltrate places while keeping the place as "clean" as possible (same thing as Snake's but are quite different in practice) (the less kills you have on a mission, the higher grade you get). His sneaking abilities are remarkable which in return, his weapon skills are fairly limited. Snake, on the other hand, is the most glamorous of the three. A product of the 80s, a time when big buff action heroes like Rambo were all the rage. He is the most balanced of the three in terms of skill. His r'epetoire of stealth abilities is not as many as Fisher's but in a gun fight, he can do wonders.

You have these three together in real life, Cuba would be a democracy today, Saddam would have been dead for years now, and Bin Laden's head would have been on a silver platter by now.

It seems many Square-Enix characters are getting a lot of hate here. :?

But I would have to agree, Square has some annoying characters.

Prince Charmles in Dragon Quest VIII annoyed the hell outta me, even though he was only with the party for one quest.

I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but it needs to be said. Sora from Kingdom Hearts.

I can't stand him, I don't know why. He was okay in the first game, but in the second game, he became even more annoying.

Also, I saw my friend play Final Fantasy, the one that had Tidus in it (X?). Yeah, even though he said only three lines of dialog while I watched, I knew he was going to be a pain.

Thank you!!! I hate Fran's voice to, it really grates me, I dunno what it is! Everyone else I talk to loves her voice, they're like "oh it's exotic" (and i think wth?!) I don't hate the character though, just the voice...

I hate Shana (I think that was her name) from Legend of Dragoon. I dont even remember why I hate her, but the angry emotion still lingers O_O

And Ziggy from Xenosaga...I've got no reason to hate him, I just see him as useless..

Actually that's incorrect, Snake came out way before Sam Fisher did. The Metal Gear Series started on the NES. As for a character I hate, is I-No from Guilty Gear X2. She was such a pain to beat in Story Mode.
