Name this game!!! Please

Hey, I cant remember the name of this game i used to play, maybe you can help:

its for ps2, youre a kinda bunny thing with star shaped ears, and you run around with a huge ruby ring. You use the ring to grab and throw what looks like jigglypuffs (small cute round eyed ball things).

I remember there was a surfing level on it, however most of it was on land.

Think it begins with a K.

The game you are looking for is Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil. There are more Klonoa games available that are also worth looking into (a ps1 game and some gba titles)

Its a shame that so few platforming games these days are as well made and fun as this was.
