Need a possibly overlooked game to play...

I haven't bought any new games in a while, and my gaming time has gone down the tubes lately. I want something good to play that is either an overlooked game that I should play, or maybe a game that's really good that only I overlooked.

Here's the catch: I want a $20 game (Yes, I'm tapped for cash) that isn't used. Any suggestions?

I'm into pretty much everything except sports games. (The only sports game that I really liked and played the crap out of was Fight Night-Round 2 & 3)
