lookedlike crap. Take a look at NFS: Most Wanted. It's a few years old now, still looks great. Take a look at NFS: Pro Street, it looks like crap! It looks bland. There's no life to it! It looks like a first generation PS2 game! Alright, PS2 still has untapped power, still has more to offer, but why, EA, make a game that looks, and by all accounts IS, worse than one you released 3 years ago? Granted they spent more time on the PS3 version (along with other next gen consoles), but don't half-arse it. Either do it properly, or don't do it at all. It's most likely the last NFS for PS2, the console that really helped NFS take off (NFS:U, NFS:U2, NFS:MW, NFS:C and now NFS:PS), so at least make it go out with a bang!
I have the PS3 version is the one I have bought, and it looks great, graphics wise. I can't say anything for the game as I've played it for 20 mins, but EA has clearly spent time on the graphics. PS2 can't be too hard to program for, now that it is 7 years old, so why make a hash of it?
What are your thoughts people?
