he wears mostly black; looks evil but is good; wears a red cape that protects him. im pretty sure hes not marvel. he also has a arcade game too. and his video game series is on this site
It sounds like Spawn but i'm not sure. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spawn_%28comics%29 this site tells you every thing about spawn and has pictures so you can find out if he's the right guy.
