Take the new ones for example (7-the future) with the cutscenes and dramatic love stories (Yuna and Tidus). Compare it with the old ones like characters like Cid and Cecil. Weren't those good times and the stories were better and the value of the games were much higher. Do you prefer the old FF (for it's time) or the new FF?
Definitely the old ones. I don't know, FFX and onwards just don't feel like the FF series at all. I think I liked the huge environment to explore in basically all pre-FFX games as well as the plot, gameplay and all that. FFX's map sucks... big time. There wasn't much of a world to explore in FFX/FFX-2. Haven't played XI or XII, so I don't know about those games.
Yeah, I agree with Shizuka about the maps. I haven't played Xl or Xll cos New Zealand Didn't get Xl and won't get Xll till next week. I also haven't played a couple of the older ones so I can't say to much bout them. But I'm currently replaying FFIX and I love the old skool feel. From all the FF games I've played I would say VII was the best cos it's got tonnes of sidequests and a gripping story
hey the old ones where good the most that I like but the new ones have the graphics and the old ones I liked to explore the map, so wich one I like the most were the old ones
