Odin Sphere is the Game of the Month for May

i would agree fro this..
even we have Hack GU vol 2 or Dawn of Mana...
still, Odin Sphere rocks in its own genre and originality..

i know lots of you notice on the difficulty... it is that HARD!
but the game is addictive... very enjoyable..
i dont get boring playing it over and over...
even when you die in that level, you can always restart for that specific level or have the option to try all chapter again...
it's very gamers friendly..

you wont be stressed playing it..
in fact, with the beautiful 2d graphic... easily kicks out other 3d rpg title that came out with this game..
im using the japanese voice for its originality .. it has the subtitle, so it's not a problem..
and im sure im gonna be playing this game quite some time because it has 5 different stories..

I want to say something mean, but I'll refrain from doing so in fear of being moderated... But, I will say the art looks great, and Atlus is known for making deep RPGs with subpar graphics. They should've put a 40 dollar price tag on the first two Disgaeas when they were released.

well, .hack is has never had great reviews and dawn of mana didnt either, so the fact that odin spheres average ratings are in the eights makes sense.

the review for Odin Sphere is not that uplifting too... but in a sense that we had few of RPGs released, none of them actually tops of being a great game...
so for me, it's quite ashame seeing other 3d titles got outrated by a simple-gameplay 2d game...

everybody was expecting something great especially from Dawn of Mana as most of the series hits to the top.. but it'd failed very badly... for Hack, being compared from the 1st GU .. and with no changes after the 2nd vol, it's like playing the same game with different story..

some people need something different i guess... Odin Sphere took that challenge

The only thing I dont like about this game is the SLOW DOWN!!!

I was told if you play on the PS3 with it, the slow down isnt there at all.

But with my ps2 the slow down is there in the undead levels and such, its so horrible.
