i think you also use the hard drive with the street fighter collection for faster loading

Basically, it was for Final Fantasy XI, but there were a few games that allowed faster loading, such as Resident Evil Outbreak. Some pirates used some software to rip games directly to the hard drive. Besides that, it was Sony's attempt to copy the X-Box, and it was a weak attempt made too late in the PS2's lifespan.

It is generally accepted that FFXI is a crappy MMO ESPECIALLY so late after release when even some of the regular folks have moved on to new pastures
How on earth did you consider that to be a wise purchase when there are games like WoW and EQ readily available.
