Ratchet and Clank are great games. Get them all and have fun. Hopefully RC Future for PS3 will be longer. Up Your Arsenal is better than Deadlocked however, in terms of story, gameplay, and game length. I also like the UYA control better for switching between weapons.
Deadlocked is better tha UyA. Its still got a lot of weapons, and the supernova is awesome. UyA is fun, the Deadlocked is a lot more fun and addictive. The weapons are way better, except for the Obliterator/Vaporizer. The Mods system makes experimenting awesome, too.
