Renting some games, suggestions please?

Ok well, I had a PS2 but for some reason I didn't get into it as much as I would have liked.  Now I have a PS3 and I'm waiting for some good games to come out for that, but in the meantime I would like to rent some games to hold me over.

So I would like to know some excellent games that are worth renting.  Now this means that I could beat them within a few hours or so.  Here is what I would like to check out:

Devil May Cry
Resident Evil 4
Prince of Persia (not sure which one)

Are these games beatable within a few days?  Any other suggestions would be nice as well. thanks.

DMC and RE4 are doable in a few days. Ive never played PoP so i wouldnt know about them.

I also recommend God of War...and thats all i can think of really. All the other games i own are like 50 hour+ games:P 

Maybe I should change my topic a bit here.

Some of these games, I realized, I can buy for really cheap.  So maybe I'll just buy some good cheap classics and not have to worry about the game length.

RE4 is beatable in under a few days if you go hard.  Depends how much time you have to spare.

The top games I'd recommend people rent are God of War 1 + 2.  Those are beatable in a few days, so unless your a collector, these should be rented, not bought.

Metal Gear Solid 2. Best game ever and aint that long.SouthernBBaller

Except that it is the price of a rental (well, $7 is close) at GameStop.
