Does eny1 know what the score gives a 5 stars rank in Mercenaries mode on every stage ??? Is there a one main score or this score is changing on every second level to higer ??? I want to get a Handcannon but I'd like to know how hard road awaits 4 me :)
i beat every single level with every single character. All my scores were over 90,000. (highest 97,000) Getting the hand cannon is hard, and actually not that rewarding. It's just a magnum, that has infinite ammo. Anyway good luck unlocking the gun, i know i gave up at least half a dozen times so don't give up
i havent unlocked the hand cannon yet but it doesnt seem too hard... ive unlocked the other 4 characters. but i really used to have a hard time until i started to search RE4 Mercenaries on youtube... theyve got quite a few good videos on there and pretty much each and every one of the players uses the same type of strategy for each level and character. just search some vids on youtube and itll show you how easy it is to get 60000 points.
Try to get all hourglass that extends time limit and bonus pts per kill in treasure box. Getting locations of these items is important.
U can get highers scores in Castle... for me I got 190K in Castle. (other areas are like 100K~130K)

Yeah. The best way to do this is to choose Ada, the fastest character (I think), and equip her with only grendade (proven that you run faster with it).
Check the map then get all the time extenders before anything else. Thats what I usually do.
