I think the first three are turned based RPGs(except dynasty Warriors....which is a Beat em up). Age of Empires II is a RTS, but it never hit the States. If your looking for good RTS games, almost any computer past 2000 can play Warcraft 3 and Starcraft.
Dynasty Tactics was a turn based game -- as were other SRPG's you mentioned. AS far as PS2 RTS's go there is Goblin Commander, Aliens vs. Predator Extinction, Army Men RTS and there will be Grim Grimoire. You could also look for Warzone 2100 for the PSX; I have it and think it was pretty good.
