What do you think is the most frightening location on Resident Evil 4? I personally think it is the prison near the end of the game where you meet the final regenerator... Also, what is in that box in that room?:o
Yeah the labs with the regenerators were pretty scary. I knew all that crap would come back to life after i did stuff. What were in those bags?? Probably limbs of people with the regen parasites on them making them wiggle around.
What made the labs scary to me were those little windows next to the doors. I knew some monster would come through the door to that section and then I would have to try and take them out through those little windows. I also didnt like the sewery area's with those invisable thingies. I had tons of shotgun ammo though. I just knew they were going to be showing up the whole rest of the game. Thank god they did things in moderation.
The place i hated most in the game was the maze garden. I got messed up everytime i went there as leon and ada lol.
I agree that the labs with those regenerators was probably the scariest place in the game, although a lot of places gave me the creeps in that game. Not too bad though.
gotta agree that the lab with the regenerators were the scariest places in the game, especially when u gotta use that infrared scope...thats even more scary
Resident evil was not scary :(I hope they bring back the horror/survival element in RE5. Ammo and health items were just way too numerous in normal. (did not bother reolaying it on hard)

Its because, for the most part it isn't :|. That just may be me though :P, no horror games scare me anymore. Only the Silent Hill and Fatal Frame games have ever gotten one over on me.
Scariest location would be the first screen you get the moment you start playing. Other than that, this game is as scary as a ride on a carrousel. Oh, that reminds me of that amusement park in Silent Hill 3.... That was some pretty scary carrousel.
For me it was the return to the village at night in the rainstorm and the hedge maze when the dogs just jump at you through the hedges. The fight with the boss where you drop the cargo containers while you work through them on a time limit is prety tense as well!
yo resident evil 2 is actually scary but 4 is..... creppy but not scary ... and yes silent hill 5 (i saw the trailer) is the disturbing game of the year lol
