i want to sell my ps2 on ebay so i can get a 360 to play madden and halo with.. what do you guys think this would be worth; black slim ps2, 3 sony controllers, 2 memory cards, a wireless logitech controller, about 10 games including grand turismo 4 and like 7 maddens including 08, logitech steering wheel and pedals (2 pedal version), multitap, online set up disc and LAN cord for hook up, headset for online play, controller extension cord. BTW everything is used but works fine

thanks for the notice on that deal.. i dont think i want to make any trades tho.. i would like to get a new box with a warranty and the improved cooling system on the newer 360s.. i should also mention while i was looking on what a ps2 is going for on ebay i saw an older (original big style) version of the ps2 with 4 decent games and two ps1 controllers that was up to $405 with 11 bids and one day left. i thought that sounded a little crazy for what it is but i also considered maybe the older version is worth more than a slim since it is no longer in production, could this be true?

no, the older version does not have a better value, you either were deceived or were looking at a PS3 not a ps2...also don't get a 360, get a ps3 its worth it

I would recomend you wait. It's starting to look like I'm goning to be moving on to my 4th 360:cry:. If you want one that's fine but wait to M$ puts those new components in to the system so it wont constantly break down. There was a news story a ways back that says they were working on some new chip but I havent read anything about them intergrating it yet.

hmm.. what exactly is the big problem with the 360 other than overheating? im certainly not going to get a ps3 in response to the price on it, plus i have a lot more friends to play the 360 with. BTW.. the ps2 i saw on ebay wasnt playin any tricks.. it was def. a ps2 with 4 ps2 games and two ps1 controllers, i read everything on the page, no tricks.
