I absolutely love the game, but for some people it's not their thing. So you should rent it first.

I think its a rent, because ofseveral reasons...

-If you like the game, you can complete it in less than a day (its that short).

-If you didn't like it, you only loose the rental.

-Also, I get bored of the monotony of the game after a while; so if you rent it, you can see if you can pass through the game emptiness.

its roughly ten hours. u should play it atleast twice, u unlock hardmode after beating it once and tbh hardmode is way better than easy. u also unlock time attack mode which is fun cus then u can just fight ur fav collosi over and over again not to mention some cool bonuses u get for beating the collosi on time attack. i'd say buy it its a awesome game

RENT IT!!!!!!!DEFINITELY!!

I finished playing in 2 days, but you can probably finish it in 1 day..Kinda buggy if you ask me compared to other games, hard to climb, and the control is not so responsive...Gets boring easily...No replay value......graphics are a bit jaggy.......

i loved the game and i didnt see much point in replaying it right after i beat it...but it's definitely one of those games you'll wanna come back to after a few months or a year....and i'd say its pretty safe to u buy it right away if u like unique games and wanna build up your collection or if u like epic adventures...but if u just wanna play it, experience it and beat it...well then it's better to just rent it. Just as long as you try it out its all good.

I bought it and sold it after 2 weeks... The game has no replay value despite of whatever most guys say here:

The point of defeating a Colossi is finding the way to do so. After you find it, it's a piece of cake. And as hard mode is the exact same as normal, you won't find any troubles on beating that mode.

Also there's time attack mode. Now, as you already know what to do you won't have any troubles either.

So for me it was: buy, sell...

My advice: it's a rental. Trust me in those 2 days you'll beat it 100%.

some people really like this game, and some people (like myself) think it's just alright. to find out which kind of person you are, why not rent it first, then buy it if you like it?

Well you obviously haven't played in the hard mode because normal isn't exactly the same as hard.

Do you know in hard mode the Colossi has added weak points, and they are way more aggressive, you also die in one direct hit most of the time.

What's even funnier is how you said time attack mode is easy after you know how to kill them in normal........... WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT????????.

Have you tried to finish hard time attack? Its so frustratingly hard, not only do they have double the health, more weak points, more aggression, and basically you have to finish it in the same time as the normal time attack, think how this effects other elements of game play, like losing your grip faster, dieing in one hit, you also get set weapons health and grip, so you cant just go increase it by killing colossi in story mode or eating fruit or catching lizards

If you are going to influence someone into buying or rented it or what ever, make sure you know what you are talking about first.

I think the most difficlut part of this game is to find the way to defeat the boss. When you achieved it once, the game will not attract you again. This game is more like a spectacular adventure game than game.By the way,I love this sorrowful atmosphere.

If you are going to influence someone into buying or rented it or what ever, make sure you know what you are talking about first.

I know there's an added vital point in hard mode but it's not like it makes a big difference. Again the whole difficulty about a Colossi is finding the way to defeat it. Added extra vital point or not, this doesn't change. Oh!! and I never got hit by them...Don't tell me you did!!

And I didn't mentioned it before but I completed it 100% in those 2 weeks... I could've done it in less time, but I decided to kill only 2 Colossi per day. The last day of each week, I completed the time attack mode for each difficulty. And BTW, the prize stuff you get for beating time attackare completely useless, because as I see it, they make the game even easier.

Hell!!! I liked the game, but it doesn't change the fact that it's not hard at all, so next time you try to advice someone to buy a game, make sure you've checked your facts right... It's not like I'm the only one saying it's a 10 hrs game. Pfff

I bought it myself, and I have to say it's a great game, but if I could go back I would have rented it. It's great, but once you figure out how to take down each collosus you can run through it pretty quick.

I agree with what people have said about renting the game. It is relatively short, it has noticable flaws, and the replayability is...well...beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Either way, I appreciate this game for what it is; it's original, it's beautiful, and it's sad at the end. And if you have a nice video game collection like I do, I recommend adding it to your collection because it is one of those truly unique games that will stand the test of time.

If your smart you would ignore it.

If your not so smart you would rent it.

And if your retarded you would buy it.

You freaking ride around on a horse from colossi to colossi and then when you get there you just climb up them and stab them a few times and they die. whoop t do. Thats what the entire game consists of. There is nothing else to do. Dont be one of the sheep.

Given how cheap it likely is now, you might buy it, but I'd still say to rent it. It's a pretty quick play and little to do after winning. And who'd want to relive all the awful camera angles, anyway?
