Strategy guides - where to buy

Where can i buy strategy guides, like older ones like Devil May Cry or Final Fantasy 8??
i know ebgames has guides but only newer ones for games recently released.
and i dont want to shop on ebay or online.
are there any stores that sell specifically strategy guides?

from offcial site? like Brady games... some of them allow you the pick it yourself, but normally you need to buy or order from the net

i know but i like just owning one and looking at the detailed coloured maps and stuff, and reading character bios.
