Cows are tuff to beat. I cant think of anything that can beat the s*** out of a cow. I didn't really say that? Excuse my mighty cows of earth. Have mercy.......NO!.....NO!....NONONONO! OMFG! *dies*
ya id say sepherioth(idk how to spell his name) in KH1 but i haven't played him yet in KH2, my friends tell me that hes so easy on Kh2, anyways, i think hes also hard on FF7, maybe my guys level is too low but i think hes hard...
<<Spoiler>> That one guy in FFX, you fight him on an air ship before yuna's wedding, i dont know his name but he was hard, I think i was heavily under-leveled tho
sephiroth is hard to beat in kingdom hearts 1 & 2 but more annoying in kingdom hearts he even killed me at level 100 near to impossible to kill.in kingdom hearts 2 do not fight him untill you have berserk and ultima weapon i had sephiroth at 5 health bars left.damn so many bosses to remember evrae in final fantasy x as well as yunalesca were hard to kill.
the akuma apocalypse fusion style fight in I think it was X-men vs street fighter (its been a while) he had this one move where the whole screen would go white and you would be around 20 times and just die  Â
Emerald or Ruby Weapon in FFVII. Or Ultima Weapon in FFVIII (the guy you get Eden from). 3 people though I had died I spent so much time fightin' the jerks. That or most of the guys in Shadow of the Colossus.
i dunno, since the good ol days, i havent had problems with bosses in games exactly. Now its Getting to the boss that's harder than ever. Ya know what i mean? For example, I've stopped playing Ninja Gaiden (on hard) becuase the level im on has TONS of zombies with huge axes that are tough to beat. I've tried the level over and over again, but eventually lost interest.... Some games just make each level really long before you reach a boss.
Ruby Weapon, FFVII.. is clearly the hardest boss I've played in my life.
Also nearly any boss on DMC3.

Ah yes, Ruby... Still haven't beaten that particular Weapon. The great thing about it though, it's optional to fight all of the weapons (except Diamond and the one short battle with Ultima.)
Why does everyone have troubles with god mode on gow its hard of course, but nothing compared to games like dmc 3 dante must die. but regardless, my hardest boss was the final 3 bosses on chaos legion, i missed a Thanotos chip and couldnt stay alive long enough to beat them

the weapon that was under water has impossible, its hard even when my characters were at lvl 95-ish i think it was emerald, because ruby was in the sand next to the golden saucer

Yeah all the FF7 weapons took me a few weeks to beat. You actually have to beat Ruby Weapon before you can beat Emerald Weapon because you need the underwater materia :? It's just a ton of leveling to beat them

Ruby weapon is super hard, I just beat Ruby last year!
obviously sephiroth oh kh2 (proud mode of course) he kills ya in seconds though sephiroth was very easy on kh1 on hard mode(no i wasnt level 99) i found phantom harder than sephiroth in kh1. God of war is not that hard on god mode, it just needs patience, block block *CRACK* a good smash to the face does the job. Though the clones were B******
