ill start off with this qoute " and it's a fitting closeout to the PlayStation 2 era." why does everyone think ps2 is dying , personally i dont think ps2 is gonna die infact im getting a new ps2 tomorrow maybe some game moved to ps3 but that doesnt mean that ps2 will die ......

Just take a look at the Coming Soon tab on PS2 and you getyour answer about PS2 inevitable death... Nogreat games, not even good ones, and in this time of the year?!? How explain that? Okay, still it´s a top selling system, but mostly because of it´s low price and a huge game library, but IT´S DYING,despite of anybodysaying otherwiseor simply refusing to accept it.

I have to agree, it is annoying. People are always like " What do you want PSP 2 to be like?" "Whatsthe next DS gonna have?" What do you think PS4 will be like?" When is the Xbox720 coming out?"Unfortunately its human nature to want bigger and better all the time, thats why people say things like that. I don't care though. ps2 wont truly die until stores stop selling it, and its gunna be quite a while b4 that happens. even tho there won't be anymore exclusives for ps2, a few games are still being made.

Just because your body stops growing in your late teens or early twenties doesn't mean you are dead. People should really look the word dead up in the dictionary, then they would see what a bunch of puckholes they are.

Just because a console stops being made doesn't mean it is "dead".

There are dedicated fan groups for nearly every console out there.
