1. God of War- There is no debate here as far as I am concerned. David Jaffe made a masterpiece of a game that combines the awesomeness of Greek mythology, adds lots of gratuitious violence and sexual innuendos, has an immensely powerful and moving soundtrack, sports superior graphics to other games of the PS2 era, and tells the profoundly moving tale of revenge of our outrageously badass anti-hero, Kratos.

2. Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence- This game is everything that is right about this fantastic franchise. The story, graphics, boss fights, music, and classic stealth gameplay...everything about this game oozes quality. The game has a very memorable story that I will not forget for a long time...

3. Burnout 3: Takedown- Hands down...the most addictive game I have ever played. I don't even like racing games very much, but I LOVE BURNOUT.

TIE #4. God of War II- Everything I loved about God of War, except more polished and fleshed out. It's only down here because it isn't as "original" as the first God of War.

#4 Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty- One could argue that this is the best Metal Gear Solid game of them all...I hated Raiden at first, but once I got used to him, I began to realize how important he is to the Metal Gear canon. Again, excellent gameplay to back up a very solid story. This game does an EXCELLENT job showing off stealth action when you play without a radar...

5. Ratchet and Clank

3. Devil May Cry 3: No game put's off a cooler vibe than DMC3.

2. God Hand: Best action game on any console. Waky sense of humor and the purity of it's focus brings memories of the old SNES and Genesis days.

2.Devil may cry=This was my first game at ps2, and it was really hard at beginning.But OMG what feeling i had when i playedit over at Dante Must Die.

3.Onimusha 3 = Great game with great story and gameplay.

4.Resident Evil Code Veronica = So much fun :P

5.Final fantasy X = Great story and blitzball is fun but gameplay stinks =Its worth of playing.
