I was looking through my collection of games, (cause I do that when I'm not playing games), and I noticed that one of my game disks looked kinda funny.  It had a bunch of wavy lines on it, but no scratches or dust marks.  This game was bought used recently, and I played it, it seems to work very well.  I only played it for a hour and a half.  Should I worry about it or no?

It wouldn't show up in pics, you have to hold it up in the light, but when you do it has a bunch of wavy lines in it.

Well, I would have to see a picture but a) it could be heat ripples in the disk's plastic or b) it might be from a disk doctor. But like I said, I would have to see a picture.

I tried taking a picture, but I couldn't, it wouldn't show up.  I'm worried that it might affect the game later on.  The "lines" move when I tilt the disk in the light, well not actually move but appear to be.

i guess i wouldnt worry about it, if you played it already. just try and make sure you can save and load, and you should be good, besides most used games come with garentees if you buy in stores

I have that with some of my game discs. I don't think it's wierd so much as a defect in the manufacture of the disc itself. Now, the secret backward message a mate of mine had on the shiny side of his disc for the first Contra that was released on PS2, THAT was wierd. You had to take a light and place the disc in front of a mirror and get it to reflect in the mirror just right with the light to read it. It was so creepy.
