Great game for playing with your friends ....for singing and laughing , personally I am a rock fan and also an videogame junkie so this game just give me what i need man!
I liked it. As much as I thought it was just popular, and I would therefore hate it, it turned out great. It's repetitive, but it's entertaining and very fun. Kinda addictive, but I haven't played enough to be as addicted to it as some of my pals are:P
I really like Guitar Hero. I bought the game thinking it wasn't going to be fun. But I figured what the heck I'll give it a shot. I played it nonstop for like 2-3 days. It got all my attention for about 5-6 months. But once you get to playing all the songs and you can't beat the songs on expert it gets kinda agrivating. So I traded mine in. And now I'm really regretting it, I miss it dearly and I plan to buy it again someday.
It's the WORST music game franchise on the planet. It lacks the masochistic difficulty found in most Japanese and South Korean music games. It's also a blatant rip off of Konami's 8 YEAR OLD Guitar Freaks series which is on its what 15 or 16th version now, gutted everything cool about that game to appeal to the lesser, unsophisticated American audience. The soundtrack appeals to people who like generic pub rock who will only be interested in crap they've heard a billion times before from some old fart band on some old fart radio station that plays old fart rock. Little to no original music as well as some cheap plastic piece of crap "guitar" controller to boot. Guitar Freaks and DrumMania arcade cabinets use Yamaha made equipment.
