What is the best shooting game?

I want to know the best First and Third Person Shooter.

 I like game that is Sci-Fi shooter. But if there is best game that is not even Sci Fi please tell me.

For FPS there is Red Faction, TimeSplitters 2 and TimeSplitters : Future Perfect.
For TPS there is 007 James Bond : Everything or Nothing.

The servers are up and running. VERY LITTLE LAG and over 1000 people currently playing.

It also has a stat tracker to keep tabs on all your kills be they in a jeep, helicopter or on foot.

Let me start off by saying that the PS2 is not the best console for FPS's

But there are a few good ones .......... Medal of Honor : Frontline , Timesplitters  : Future Perfect and Call of Duty 3 .......
