Well, there have been some terrible ones that I put down right away but the first one that I managed to finish was 25 to Life. I couldn't believe I wasted a day to beat it

um, oh yeah man thats for sure any game that entertains(which is all video games do) lets you have a good time and STILL manages to keep your attention the whole game, oh yeah man thats what i would call a horrible game!
and thw worse series is definitly final fantasy, while the worst game ever is soprano's road to respect

Personally, I think the Ratchet series is amazing, but you are entitled to your opinion. Anyway, the worst game for me is State of Emergency. It's probably not the worst game on the system, but this game has so much promise, but ended up falling flat on its face. It won best of E3 one year (perhaps 2002), but was probably the most disappointing game ever due to its shallow gameplay.
