well I'm not sure about game it would probably have to be Disgaea 2...but really I love the entire dot hack series as one game since you convert data and such so those would really be my first pick.

Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria. Actually I had to flip a coin to choose in between Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria and Xenosaga Episode III: Also sprach Zarathustra. Kinda stupid but it's just so hard to choose only one...
