I am looking for a good RPG but not a FF game
please help
[QUOTE="Darth_Kane"]Any WRPG on PC or XBOXBaron_14
Xbox
hahahaha
Xbox dont have rpgs, all of them are on PC also.
Not all of them, there's Fable 2 and Mass Effect ( will be the the best RPG made and GOTY )
Shadow Hearts: Covenant has a nice modern flavor if FF isn't your cup of tea, but it also still has enough supernaturalism to sustain your need for fantasy adventure. I enjoyed it a lot more than FFXII, and it's one of my all-time favorite PS2 RPGs.Dualmask
I was also going to say Covenant. Nice pick :)
Level 5 games are all great rpg's. Check out their latest wich is Rogue Galaxy.
luckily for you, PS2 is the best console for RPGs, so youve got a huge list of excelent games to choose (except those games that never reached USA)
just go to the PS2 section of gamespot and click "top games"; then select "all times" and "Role playing games", and youll get a list of the best PS2 RPGs acording to gamespot

How is he supposed to buy those games when they arnt even out yet.
Which RPG game is better than Final Fantasy games?
None
Which RPG game is almost good as the final fantasy games?
Xenosaga I and III =))
Using FFX as the reference.... Xenosaga Ep1, Shadow Hearts: Covenant, Kingdom Hearts and even though nota RPG, Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3, and Yakuza, will be the games that fit closer to FFX's presentation of cinematic style of storytelling. (where FMV's and spoken dialog run not as a reward for gameplay, but to push the story forward.)
Suikoden III & V, Valkyrie Profile 2, Star Ocean 3, Dragon Quest VIII, Radiata Stories, Persona 3, DDS, Nocturne... just about all the other RPG out there, concentrate more on gameplay than on cinematic type FMV's. Kinda like FF12.... In that you have to work for the story more often than not.
