I'll stick with Solid Snake (MGS), Haseo (.hack), Dante and Vergil (DMC), and Vincent Valentine (Dirge of the Cerberus).

Solid Snake (MGS), Kazuya Mishima(Tekken) and Sub Zero (MK) are my all time favourites. Scorpion (MK) is definitely somewhereup there too 8)
