just wonderin' how old is your PS2?

mine is the fatty one - 50000 series and 2 1/2 yrs old still works perfectly...

Mine is new ... about 6 month Playstations are the most unstabble machine they broke up or having problems everytime... thanks to the ps2 slim, my nightmare are finally over!! (i got 2 ps2 before the one i own right now...)

5 years old and still works fine. Except it's much louder than it used to be, the fan spins at full speed all the time now for some reason.

Mine will have 5 years on October 15th. Ive used it a lot and I mean a lot and dont have any problem.
By the way when I mean a lot I mean, I played more than 140 hs to FFX, 120 FFX-2, 108 FF VIII, 80 Suikoden 3,4,5(in each), 140 SO3, 60 DMC 3, 108 Hack, and many other games

Mine is exactly 5 years old in a couple days, since I got mine on my birthday on the 20th of August in 2001. And it IS showing its age, too, since it takes a lot of tries to get a game to work without it saying "Disk Read Error." But, since my mom has one also, which is about 4 years old, I use hers instead:D

2002, 4 years. I swear this thing is invincible. My dog has caused it to fall from 5 feet 4 times, and it still plays games perfectly. It just doesn't play DVD's anymore, but I never really used the DVD part of it.

The slim came out in October of 2004. You couldnt have had it for 2 1/2 years.

Btw I had my Fatty since November of 04. The last of the Fatty's.

i got mine at launch and it has fallen like 10 times and been stomped on once by my 160 pound english mastiff and it still works fine, except whenever i put in the gameshark cd it comes up with a red screen saying please insert a playstation or playstation 2 disc

About 6 years old. I have the big PS2. But I am afraid it is on its last stages because now it keeps on giving disk(sp?) read errors.. But I get rid of that easily by putting Diagnosis on :) I WILL NEVAR LET MY PS2 DIE!! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! :P

I have mine from launch day in Belgium. Duno how long, 5-6 years. Never had a problem. Maybe 2 or 3 freezes but that's it in all those years. Love my big bulky PS2
