Jack Thompson hates it, therefore I must have it.

But on a more serious note, it's probably due to the fact ManHunt2 is being developed *for* the PS2 (and Wii..), rather than being a watered-down port from the higher-end consoles.
(Splinter Cell series anyone?)
The first was so bad and disgusting in both gameplay and theme that it was embarrasing to play. I expect the sequal to stink worse than manure.super_police
I agree. I'm not easily offended, but that game was a little much for me. As for the second one, I'm mildly intrigued as to how it will pan out for the Wii. I probably won't buy it, but it's good to see a 3rd party developer making a game that might make innovative use of the Wii controls.Â
This is probably gonna be the last great game for the PS2. I thought the first Manhunt was decent. The killing moves were awesome, story line was good, good AI, good graphics, etc. The only bad thing is you use stealth a lot in the game. Plus the game gets harder as you progress into the next level.Â
I don't understand what is so special about the game, i just don't...Blade_of_Athens
No hard feelings, but I seem to remember that you replied the following in my first topic on the PS2 forum:
Not interested in GOW? Is the Blood and Violence too much for ya? Yeah, its a long way coming from stepping on happy faced mushrooms in Mario(gay plumber). I would have to say u should stay away from ps2 if u dont liek gow. Most of ps2's best games are rated M and that might be too scary for a nintendo fanboy.Blade_of_Athens
So of all people, I guess you should know why people are excited about this game :? Manhunt is like the M-est game out there.
