I was over at my friends house last night and he installed firmware v1.92. It restarted fine and we played a game with no issues, but when we tried to switch games, his PS3 keeps freezing in the main menu. He has had his PS3 for only about 2 months now. He is going to call sony tonight to see whats going on. I am a little bit reluctant to update mine. How many have had problems with the new update, and how many have had zero issues with the udpate v1.92?

Jsut to let you know. To update Motorstorm. You first need to go into the game and select multiplayer and it will automatically tell you that there is an update. downlaod and update. after that, you then can go to the PSN and get the time attack download. IF done in the wrong order you will have to erase your motorstorm data.
I say yes, but I'm not 100% positive that 1.92 is the culprit. I have never had an issue downloading, but when I logged on yesterday to get some of the trailers and demos, it kept hanging. I had to cancel and restart some of the trailers (that normally take 2 or 3 minutes to download in full 1080p) probably 3 or 4 times and it took 30 minutes to get all 4 of them downloaded. I know there was nothing wrong with my Internet connection because the store would come up just fine and I could browse the Internet without issue. Hope they get this fixed, sooner rather than later.

1- multiplayer in my copy is online 2- i do this thing but my game say file not found 3- WHAAAAAAAAAAT should i do?
No problems with this one, but 1.90 made my Bluetooth capabilities crap out. It kinda sucks when updating our system (which should be a good thing) can mess it right up. Guess it's the double-edged-sword of having your console online.
I have no idea what some of your guy's problem is. Every time I update when it's done my PS3 is normal. I guess some people need to take PS3 101 to learn how to use it. :roll:
