if sony helped make gilms such as casino royal and spider man 3 then why is sony not having their games exclusives? i mean sony own the damn spiderman font..right?
It all depends on whether the developers want to have it on more consoles. If Sony come up with a big amount of cash to pay them to keep it on PS3, it'll likely be on PS3.
Sony has film rights which they then sell to Activision for money, then the balls in Activision's park.
Same goes for Casino Royale Sony has the rights to the film and hence and product related to the film, so if a gaming dev wants to make a game based off Casino Royale they must first pay Sony. Then what they do with the game is up to them. Â
