08 such a great gamming year.... not really

more like second half of 08 is a great gamming half year...

beside Devil may cry coming out next week, there are no games to look forward to till APRIL! GTA 4 in april, then Haze in may... everything else either doesnt have a release date or we wont see it till augest..

Just an impatient gamer who cant wait to play these awsome titles, but with everyone talking 08 up i was expecting a quality game every month.

if there are some noteworthy game coming out before april please let me know.

what were you expecting?? another awesome pile of fall/winter '07 games?? I don't know how long you've been a gamer, but for a long time January through most of the summer is the drought of new or exciting games. Granted there are some awesome games that come out through those months, but the publishers always release the sure-fire blockbusters for the holiday season, which IMO sucks! I wouldn't mind seeing lots of great games spread throughout the year, but it'll never happen. Plus, its good for gaming with the way it is, because look at the sales from '07. Almost $20 billion!!paul52181

thats pretty much what im saying. it seems like publishers try to target a holiday release date, and to me it is pretty frustriating. I like the flood of good games but when they are so close together i either ant afford them all or dont have time to play them all. i just with good releases were spread throughout the year instead of sept- december.

i may pick up dynasty warriors despite its bad rep here at GS. but dark sector fell off my radar a long time ago.

Well, i live in Europe and some games comes out on different dates. like Rock Band in march etc. etc. So i'm not worried about that. besides i have other consoles and a PC to keep me busy too. :)zeforgotten
