You mean the use of emulators? It depends if they're are emulators that run on Linux? but I wouldn't know.
I think he means the downloadable PS1 games off of the PS Store that are only playable on PSP which SHOULD be playable on PS3 but Sony is stupid and is going to wait to add such a feature.
Or If He means Homebrew....its just a matter of time.
I tried to put a mp4 video on my PS3 and it didn't work. Do I have to put it on ipod? Is that the only way or can I place them on dvd and somehow take them off to the PS3? I tried to take it off the disk and it didn't work at all. Any help would be appreciated.

You know what would be great? If I could download that copy of Syphon Filter that has been on the PS Store for months and play it on my goddamn PS3. If a $200 hand-held can play the damn game, I'm pretty sure my $600 multimedia device should be able to play it too without much effort.
