So it's been 15 years since it came out, did you get it? Did you have any particular games you liked on it?

Legends live on,even for a console that does have an impressive library. some of my best picks for a console back before it died naturally were
1. Klonoa 2 Lunatea's Veil
2. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
3. Tekken 5
4. Shadow the Hedgehog
5. Sonic Heroes
6. Destroy All Humans! 2
7. Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom
Dat huge library...

Yes, I got it a couple of months after launch and I still have that same console.
Those are some of my favorite PS2 games.
Forgot to mention R&C series, those are like princes of platforming in the console..................and talk about massives,if I'd spared its life when it's in the prime,I would simply continue its glory. LLAP,PS2!
Budokai 3, jak and daxter series, final fantasies were best in that era as well. What a great console. Im still playing games on it
way too many to list, unlike the ps4, the ps2 actually had a library. a big and beautiful one.
I'm sure we'll say the same thing about the PS4 when this generation comes to an end and we look back on it, just like we did with the PS3 (which mind you, also had a slow start).

i honestly don't see it happening this day in age. games are just too expensive to make now, and indies just don't stack up to a real retail release.

So you're saying the PS4 will not get anymore games that are fun to play, and that it'll always have a small library of games? Um...

don't you mean PS3?

no, the ps3 has a great library. awesome exclusives. ps4 doesnt yet. hopefully it will. when they do I will buy one.

Well yeah, it's only been out a year, comparing the two is unfair

You and these threads lol.
All Atlus RPGs, Shin Megami Tensei RPGS, Timesplitters 2!, Amplitude, Final Fantasy 10 and 12, Star Ocean Till The End Of Time, COD, Medal of Honor, Growlanser. Just to name a few. There were so many, and I don't remember many of them atm.
