1up and Gamepro: Resistance 2 reviews

I was checking out Game Rankings.com and Looking at the Reviews for Resistance 2.

Gamepro and 1Up gave resistance a 80% and 85% respectively; but for Motorstorm 2 pacifiic rift they both gave it a 90%.

I am not nocking Motorstorm I think it is a great series i just do not understand the reviewers sometime.

One review is written by one person and should only be taken as one opinion.

You need to get more views in order to have any idea what a game will be like.

oh yeah. score doesnt mean anything. Read the overall users' review! Some reviews dont have any quality at all which based on fanboys' reviews! OR from other fanboys! So please do not look at the score.

What I would do,

1. I'll watch gameplay video

2. I'll research how the gameplay goes

3. I'll read reviews but not fanboys reviews

cus fanboys = fail

lol that's so true...Gamepro is just....bad...nothing...their opinions don't count...the reviewers don't even refer to themselves by their real names. Mediocre, poorly ran...sad...

How do u know who a fanboy is.

i found the R2 beta to be a complete borefest, and will likely never buy this game until a couple price drops (or a trade)... but even I can see that this game deserves an 8.5/9

The game wasnt my style, but i can appreciate the overall quality and content of this package. They simply had the wrong people reviewing a game that they were never gonna like.

This is true... it's like having a sports gamer reviewing a survival horror game, they will never rate it as high as a sports game because it's not what they prefer.

Having said this, reviewers SHOULD be objective, but the truth is always is some bias in the process.

How do u know who a fanboy is.

most likely how high the give the score especially is if its an exclusive game, or a name like "sony fanboy" ( i know thats an actual user on this site. lol sry dude just for the sake of the argument )
