Im pritty sure you can. When I had it for the xbox36o me and my cousin just used to play against each other all the time.

Still you should get the game anyway, its really good.

Do you mean splitscreen? If so, no, you can play splitscreen offline, but not online.

Yup. I think the reason is because they're all considered ranked games and you can only have one PSN ID signed in at a time. Could be wrong though.

Anyways, you can still do split-screen Terrorist Hunt which is just as much fun as playing online.
