Uhm, "call technical support" this is what get everytime when my ps3 hits the 46 percentage mark of installation. So, before i panic and start suing the living crap out of sony for braking my ps3 with this update. Can someone tell me sony's tech number?

i know you're not lying, unfortunatly alot of people have had this problem at different FW updates, the only thing to do is wait and try again later when the servers aren't busy.
I don't have any ps3 games in my "collection" :P Just too lazy to add them. But i have review a few ps3 games (four) and own five, but cant play ratchet because my disk is broken (gonna return soon) I'm just too lazy to go through 80 games (total of all consoles) and add them through my collection.

Well, i doubt your ps3 is broken, something really wierd usually happens during my updates, but it doesnt "breaK" if you cant turn it off the safe way like i said you might want to contact sony to see how to go about it without damagibng your HD, but i doubt its broken come on now

That SHOULD be it. I googled it and someone at a forum posted it. And everyone else... WHY NOT POST THE NUMBER??? It aint that hard.

i just called that number. The computer said that their hours is from 6am to 7pm... I guess no one works at 3 am :( thats the funniest thing i have heard in a while thank you for making me laugh.
