I think half those games might be 09. I mean, i cant see Insomniac putting out Resistence 2 almost a year after Ratchet. Unless they had people working on it since 1, and they had a seperate team working on ratchet. Dont games usually take 2 or 3 years to make?

Yeah I was just about to comment. Seriously people this is getting pathetic. Every week some one makes a stupid thread like this, of course PS3 is going to have an awesome year next year...but ffs don't keep posting the same crap every week! Do you know how insecure it makes this forum look?

Yes this year wasn't ps3s greatest, but people like the TC need to stfu with these useless threads. I've got my ps3, I know when great games are coming, we all do. But don't keep going on about it, it's just annoying after the second time.

Anyway, 08 looks incredible. There's finally going to be a steady stream of high quality games releasing. I'm gonna need better paying job if I want to play everything!

The PS3 SHOULD have a good 2008, but Sony need to pull their finger out and start putting the message across that they mean business and that they are going to deliver nothing but quality.

I prefer the PS3 over the other consoles, but I'm not so blind as to see that the PS3 is starting to walk on thinner and thinner ice, they need to shift console and games if they are to survive, they need to convince the 3rd party developers that it is a platform with potential to make an investment on, the time for Sony to do that is now.

Now the PS2 is on its way out Sonys gaming division is running out of time, if the PS3 doesn't pick up by the end of 08 then I feel Sony will have to seriously consider possibly even dropping the PS3.

The fanboys will probably eat me alive now, but anyone with even a shred of sense will see this.

I will add however that I am cautiously optimistic still that Sony can pull it off and fight back, because I want my GT, ICO, Tekken, Final Fantasy and MGS fix.. NOW!

Grand Theft is coming out on the Xbox 360. There are alot more titles that are under development that we may not know about that are coming out next year I think its a little too early but the Xbox 360 doesnt have a "Halo" or killer game next year that I can think of.FatCat360
