Hard to say at this (relatively) early stage in the year to be honest, but I think if hype is lived up to, you'll easily see GTA4 and MGS4 scoop awards.
Is everybody hating on Socom Confrontation? Socom will be the game of the years. It's the best online game period. Socom Confrontation will save PS3 from the bottom list.

MGS4, but I'm so bias towards metal gear, LBP has potential though.
its hands down between GTA-IV and MGS4 based on what we've seen of both, and since MGS4 might be the last in the series, i think that it might win. (because there is always gonna be another GTA to gotyify!)
i dont even know what the hell is fallout 3 so no out of my list...just looked at the game screens ya a game where you walk around with a dog and looks like a 360 games style will def win the GOTY for 2008
