those were speculation, The blog just went up about 15 minutes ago and the update about 10 minutes ago. I thought people might like to know that its actually up and not talk about speculation. My mistake, I didnt know people were faster than me.
as of right now ... no SSHD has NOT been patched yet. So far as I can tell, I assume it will be soon, within the next 24 hours ... if it happens within the next 20 mins, i'll update the thread title, seeing as I'm also looking for the SSHD patch to go up ;)
I don't see any difference between this and 2.40. Does anyone else? 2.40 worked flawlessly...so I wonder if all they did was ensure that this one doesn't 'brick' systems like 2.40 supposedly did...

Basically what it is, but this just means that games can be patched now, and the one game which had trophies had its patch removed due to 2.40 going down, so hopefully that and other should be back up. So no harm in downloading or not.
It seems to work just fine, as did 2.40. Just wishful thinking that they might've decided to add something else since last week's 2.40 launch, which I had absolutely no problems with at all.

Heavy use of RAM games such s Oblivion GOTYE edition actually shows game play when you access the in-game XMB before it would just show a black screen while you were scrolling around in the XMB.
