349/350 Blast Shards

Alright, playing inFamous, spent close to 5 hours looking for the last shard. Any tips on where it might be? Where should I start searching?

The one in the water was my 349th shard, and I'm pretty sure I got the one on the skyscraper, assuming that your talking about the one at ground zero. and no, I have not been using a map...yet.

Building-to-building, pinging at each one. At least, that's how I went about finding the last shard :?

Check the very tall skyscraper in the last district, check the huge police station in the second area, and check the shard that's off the water in the first area.

There's a blast shard on top of the HUGE skyscraper next to the blast zone in the 3rd area, but it doesn't show up when you use the radar until you're about 3/4 of the way up the building. There is a Youtube video about it, but not sure how to link it on here.

Find a map showing all locations, then got through and tick them off one by one ;)

Check the bridge that was destroyed by that bald guy..sorry forget his name.

I think you're probably missing the shard on the tall buliding near ground zero (where the game starts) If you click R3 to reveal the shards momentarily on the map, it won't appear unless you're closer to it.

If I'm not mistaken, several more are like that too, but I can't remember where those are located.

It only took me 10 minutes to find the last shard, and it was in an obvious place too... I thought it would take days to find it. :lol: Just keep searching.

My last shard was actually right outside of Zeke's apartment to the right on some rocks by the ocean. The funny thing was, I didn't see it on the map. I was riding the train, looked over to the left, and said "holy crap there it is!!" :P

As a side note, this trophy should totally be a Gold trophy...or at least a Silver :evil:

Try the furtherst northern point on the second island, that's where I found my last few :)

Don't remember if you were the guy that made the thread about this before. Do you have the one that's on the Warren Prison? The only way to get it is climbing around the outside up to the top. Even if you're right next to it, it STILL doesn't show up when you click in L3.

My last shard was on top of the prison. It didn't show up on the radar from ground level by the way. It's a great feeling when you FINALLY see that last dark blue dot show up on the radar.

At this point you need a map and start working from the perimeter first.

I have been trying to ignore the fact that this is a bronze trophy, instead, I imagine the platinum...

...stupid bronze...

At this point you need a map and start working from the perimeter first.

I had about either 347/350 or 348/350 and I just found it easier to restart the game and mark off every shard I got.

HA! This is pretty bad... Hmmm my last shard was near the area where you start InFamous. On the tallest building near it . You cannot see it on the radar from ground thats why it was hard to find...I hope this helped. !

1) ON the first island, near Zeke's place. Follow the train tracks to the right until you get to the first train station/stop. Immediately past this, in the water, you will see what looks like a raft, or a broken piece of dock. Jump on this, then jump on the posts that lead out into the water. The shard is on the very last post. It is too far out of the way for your pulse to pick it up on the normal map. You won't see it until you are out into the water a bit.

2) The second is on top of the talles building in the game. It is the "capital building" or something? Sorry, can't remember the name. It is the massive skyscrapper that overlooks the blast zone. The shard is on the VERY top of this building. It is so high that, again, your pulse doesn't pick it up.

3)on the north east corner of the first island where you have to jump from log to log way out into the water

haha, that actually was me, and btw I found the damn thing about 30 minutes ago. It was at the end of a pier in the historic district. I guess I missed it the first time cause it blended in with the water.

Well I'm glad thats over. I'm on 84% of the trophies now and nearly have the platinum. Thanks everyone for the help.
