360 and DS owner considering getting a PS3, need serious advice

I have both a 360 and a DS and I love them both. I've been trying to decide whether to get a Wii or PS3 and it seems like overall, PS3 has the most robust package. And there are many great games out already. Problem is, many of them I already have for 360, such as R6 Vegas and Oblivion. What concerns me about PS3 is the lack of exclusives (thus basically reasons to buy one). I love Resistance and like Motorstorm, but outside of that there really isn't anything out that has caught my eye or that I don't already own. And it seems like Sony is losing all their exclusives (Armored Core, Assassins Creed, DMC4, and possibly MGS4). Being a 360 gamer, you'd think I was happy, but as a former Sony fan in the PS1 and PS2 days, I find all of this pretty troubling.

I really want to get a PS3, but the lack of exclusive titles is seriously holding me back. Then again, I'm a bit out of the loop on which games are/aren't exclusive these days.

Can anyone give me some examples of exclusives that I can look forward to if I buy a PS3?

MGS4 is sticking with Sony...360 fanboys just had nothing to say when price job was announced.

Socom is staying with Sony
Gran Turismo is staying with Sony
Assassin's Creed will look better with Sony
Grand Theft Auto 4 will have better features with Sony

I think that's enough reason. ANd while you're at it, toss out that DS and buy a PSP. Good luck

I say get the PS3, but If you are very worried about exclusives, watch E3 and dont worry since the sequels of the best games last gen will be aroun in a year or two, so you can play GoW 3, Shadow of a Colossus 2 and many more+ already anounced exclusives like Uncharted, Lair, Heavenly Sword and MGS. Also if you never had a PS2, you can get AWSOME games for just like 5 dlrs if you can stand the outdated gfx, such as MGS2-3 Shadow of a Colossus and many more.

Plus the Wii really lacks 3rd party games, and most are horrible and Mini Games compiñations. Only 1st Party games are worth it.

Dont do it. You have a 360, there is no need to get a ps3 for a few exclusive titles, and we'll see how long those still stay exclusive. Personally, I see this price drop as a big warning sign that Sony is heading for troubleborn2runak

The ps3 forum is typically for PS3 users...not trolls.

See...PS3 users are civil and wealthy enough to afford the PS3...trolls have to live under bridges and beg for petty cash to buy their 360s and Wiis

just wait till your absolutely sure u want one of them which ever it is games will come and since u enjoy yoru 360 and ds u can wait there may even be another price drop. im sure a game will come for one of those system where youll be like i need that console just wait it out.

the lesson of the week is good things come to those who wait lol. just wait until your sure don't buy a console based on games that haven't come out already you don't know if they'll be good or bad.

If the decision is between PS3 and Wii. I would go for the Ps3 when the price cut comes (in a few days). :) If you had ps1 and ps2 then the games that the ps3 will be bringing won't dissapoint you at all.

why dontpeople ever talk about the 360 exclusive losses whena 360 game is lost they act as if it was never exclusive but when the ps3 loses one they say " OH BOY THE PS3 SUCKS"

but yeah if you like the games that are coming out on the ps3 then id say make your final decision after this week when e3 is over
